The Global LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) International Conference 2011 was held at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel, London on 2nd & 3rd March 2011. Lord Sheikh was asked to deliver the keynote speech. The Conference addressed the transformation in the way in which legal services are increasingly delivered. Leading authorities from global legal associations as well as senior executives of leading LPO providers from around the world were in attendance.

Lord Sheikh mentioned in his speech the impact of Legal Process Outsourcing on the revival of the fortunes of the legal industry. He also assessed the impact of the implementation of the Legal Services Act as well as analysing the benefits of Legal Process Outsourcing.
