Lord Sheikh was the chief guest at an event and dinner organised by Muslims in Croydon. Lord Sheikh talked about the contributions of the Muslims in the advancement and wellbeing of the United Kingdom. Muslims have done well in every walk of life and Lord Sheikh stressed the importance of education and suggested that parents must get involved in encouraging their children to pursue higher education and professional qualifications.
